By accessing or using led-lightning.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by FIREMAPLE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (楓燁科技（香港）有限公司). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the website

This Site is a corporate and marketing website for our LED lighting manufacturing business. It is intended for business-to-business (B2B) wholesalers, importers, distributors, lighting brands and project contractors. The Site does not offer retail sales or online checkout.

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not constitute a binding offer or contract. Commercial orders are governed by a separate sales contract, proforma invoice and our standard sales terms, which take precedence over anything stated on this Site.

3. Product information & specifications

Product specifications, performance data, dimensions, certifications, application examples and photometric values on this Site are provided for informational purposes. We continuously improve our products and reserve the right to update specifications without prior notice. Always request the latest spec sheet, photometric file and certificate before placing a binding order.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, logos, product names, photography, drawings, photometric files, datasheets and source code — is the property of FIREMAPLE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

You may view, download and print pages from this Site for the sole purpose of evaluating our products as a prospective B2B customer. Any other reproduction, redistribution, modification, framing, mirroring, resale or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system without permission.
• Use automated scrapers in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.

6. Inquiries & quotations

Inquiries submitted via the Site are subject to our Privacy Policy. Quotations issued by our sales team are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 15–30 days), are subject to material availability, and become binding only when both parties sign a sales contract or accept a proforma invoice in writing.

7. Warranty

Standard product warranty terms are summarized on individual product pages and in our quotations. Warranty is offered to the direct B2B buyer and is subject to the warranty terms in the sales contract. The Site itself is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FIREMAPLE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on information published on the Site. Liability arising from commercial orders is governed exclusively by the corresponding sales contract.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. social media, certification authorities). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those external sites.

10. Export control & sanctions

Products manufactured by FIREMAPLE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED are subject to the export control and sanctions laws of the People's Republic of China and the destination jurisdiction. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are not located in, and will not re-export to, a country or party subject to applicable trade restrictions.

11. Changes to the Site & to these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, except where a separate sales contract specifies a different dispute-resolution forum.
