How quickly will I get a reply to an inquiry?
Within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Sat, GMT+8). Most quotations go out the same day if your email lands during Foshan business hours. If you do not see a reply, please check your spam folder for messages from steven@led-lightning.com.
Can I contact you via WhatsApp, WeChat or Telegram?
WhatsApp is the fastest channel for international buyers — +86 18062539192. We also reply on WeChat (same number) for buyers in Asia. Telegram, Skype and Microsoft Teams are available on request once we exchange first emails.
Do you accept factory visits on Saturdays?
Yes — Saturday visits are welcome, but we ask for at least 5 working days of notice so engineering and QC staff can be on-site. Sunday visits are possible for project-scale customers but production lines will be idle.
What time zone is your sales team in?
All our staff are based in Foshan, China (GMT+8). Working hours are Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–17:00. Outside business hours, urgent matters are routed to the on-call WhatsApp line.
