We are a verified manufacturer with our own 2,500 m² factory in Foshan, a team of around 50, one SMT placement line and three assembly lines. Factory audits (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO 9001) are available on request, and we welcome on-site visits.
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for wholesale orders?
Standard wholesale MOQ is 100–200 pcs per SKU for stock items. For OEM/ODM custom branding, packaging or specifications, MOQ starts at 500 pcs per SKU.
Which certifications do your LED products carry?
Our standard catalog is certified to CE, RoHS, SAA. Project-specific certifications include ETL/DLC for North America, CB for global markets, ENEC for Europe and TUV for Germany. Test reports are issued by accredited third-party labs.
Can you customize products with our brand and packaging?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM service: custom dimensions, wattage, CCT, dimming protocols, housing color, logo printing, manual design, and retail-ready packaging. Free artwork support included.
What is your typical lead time?
Stock SKUs ship in 3–7 days. Custom OEM orders typically require 15–25 days after sample approval. Project orders with custom certifications: 25–40 days.
Do you handle export shipping and documentation?
Yes. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP terms via sea, air and rail. Our export team prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and CE/RoHS declarations for customs clearance.
What is your standard warranty?
Standard warranty is 3 years for ceiling lights, 5 years for panel lights, tri-proof and linear lights. Extended warranties up to 7 years available on project orders.
