A 12-year LED lighting manufacturer, not a trading company
We are the factory. R&D, tooling, SMT placement, assembly, aging, QC and packaging all happen under one roof in Foshan, Guangdong, China — operated by FireMaple Technology Co., Limited.
Our mission
Make professional LED lighting accessible to every project, anywhere.
Since 2014 LED Lightning has built one specialty: high-quality commercial LED fixtures, manufactured efficiently enough to give wholesalers and contractors a real cost advantage — without compromising on certifications, photometric consistency, or warranty.
Our 2,500 m² facility runs 1 SMT placement line, 3 assembly lines, an in-house aging room, and a LM-80 / IES-LM-79 photometric lab — staffed by a team of around 50. Every fixture is burn-in tested for 2–4 hours before packaging. Every batch is documented.

Company founded
FireMaple Technology Co., Limited established in Foshan, Guangdong — operating the LED Lightning brand from the heart of China’s LED industry cluster.
2016
First SMT line installed
Vertical integration begins. In-house surface-mount placement of LED chips.

CE / RoHS / ETL certifications obtained
Full third-party testing program for European and North American markets.

Factory upgrade to 2,500 m²
Dedicated SMT placement line, three assembly lines, in-house aging room and packaging area — staffed by a team of around 50.

Ask our sales teamIs LED Lightning a real factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own 2,500 m² facility in Foshan, Guangdong, China — operated by FireMaple Technology Co., Limited. SMT placement, assembly, aging and QC all happen in-house. We welcome scheduled factory visits and video tours.
Can I visit your factory in Foshan in person?
Yes. We host buyers, distributors and importers on weekdays. Please email steven@led-lightning.com at least 5 working days in advance with your travel dates so we can arrange engineering and QC staff to walk you through SMT, aging room and packaging.
When was your company founded and who runs it?
FireMaple Technology Co., Limited (Hong Kong) was incorporated in 2014 and has operated the LED Lightning brand since then. The team is led by our founder (20+ years in LED industry), chief engineer (LED optics & thermal design) and QC director (LM-80 / IES-LM-79 specialist).
How many people work at your factory?
Around 50 — split across R&D, SMT operation, assembly, aging/QC, packaging, sales and export documentation. A compact team gives us short decision cycles and direct factory-to-buyer communication on every order.
What types of customers do you mainly work with?
Wholesalers, distributors, importers, lighting brands and project contractors — all B2B. We do not sell direct-to-consumer, so we can keep MOQs accessible and prices factory-direct without competing with our customers.
Are you ISO 9001 certified?
Yes — our production is certified to ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management. Audit reports are available on request. Additional third-party audits (BSCI, SEDEX) can be scheduled for project customers.
