Quality & Certifications
Quality is what scales OEM partnerships. Our QC program combines third-party certifications, in-house photometric testing, and 5-stage production QC.
International certifications
Our products are tested by accredited third-party labs (Intertek, TÜV Rheinland, SGS, Bureau Veritas). All test reports are issued under our factory name — no rebranded reports.

Quality control process
Every LED chip, driver, housing and diffuser is inspected on arrival. Suppliers are audited annually.
Real-time SPC monitoring on SMT lines. AOI machines catch placement and solder defects before assembly.
Every single fixture runs 2–4 hours under load before packing. Catches infant-mortality failures.
Photometric, electrical, dimensional and cosmetic inspection. AQL 0.65 acceptance level.
Pre-shipment inspection on packaged cartons. Photo/video sent to customer before container loading.
In-house photometric lab
We invested in a full photometric lab so we can iterate faster and document every SKU thoroughly. Lighting designers and specifiers get IES files on request, lumen depreciation curves from real LM-80 testing, and integrating sphere measurements traceable to NIST standards.

FAQ
Honest answers about our reports, aging test, AQL standards and audit policy.
Ask our sales teamYes — every certificate and test report we share lists FireMaple Technology Co., Limited as the applicant. We never share rebranded reports. Original PDFs can be released for verification once an NDA or sales agreement is in place.
Every finished fixture is powered on under rated load for 2 hours (4 hours for project-grade SKUs) before it goes to packaging. The aging room logs current draw and temperature for each batch. Units that fail or drift are pulled and traced back to the SMT batch.
Yes. Every SKU we have shipped to a DLC or ETL customer has both a LM-79 photometric report and an IES file on hand. We share these on request after an inquiry — no purchase commitment required.
Our final QC follows AQL 0.65 for critical defects (electrical safety, flicker, missing solder) and AQL 1.5 for cosmetic defects. We can tighten to AQL 0.4 / 1.0 for project orders on request — please specify in the quotation stage.
Yes. We have hosted SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, BSCI and SEDEX audits. Our team will prepare documentation, walk auditors through the production floor and provide samples for testing. Schedule directly through your audit firm and CC steven@led-lightning.com.
