Ask our sales teamWhat is the minimum order quantity for OEM with custom branding?
OEM MOQ starts at 500 pcs per SKU. This covers custom logo print, packaging artwork and manual customization. Smaller pilot runs (200 pcs) are sometimes possible on existing SKUs with neutral packaging.
How long does prototype development take?
Functional prototypes are typically delivered in 7–15 days after the spec sheet is locked. Photometric data and a certification-ready sample are included. Mass-production tooling adjustments add another 10–15 days if applicable.
Do I have to pay tooling deposits?
Existing molds are free to use. New tooling (custom housing, custom dimensions) typically costs USD 800–4,000 depending on complexity. Tooling cost is refundable against your second or third repeat order in most cases — we will spell this out in the contract.
Can you handle DLC, ETL or SAA listing for our brand?
Yes. We coordinate sample preparation, lab booking, application submission and ongoing list maintenance with DLC-recognized labs (Intertek, TÜV Rheinland, SGS). Typical listing lead time is 8–12 weeks and USD 2,500–5,000 per product family.
Will you sign an NDA before reviewing my design?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard for OEM/ODM projects with proprietary designs or packaging artwork. Send us your NDA template or use ours — we sign before any technical discussion.
Who owns the artwork and tooling after the project?
You own the artwork files, packaging design and any logo placements specific to your brand. Tooling ownership is negotiated case-by-case: typically the buyer owns molds funded by their tooling deposit, while shared platform components remain ours.
